This invitation, sent out to celebrate the introduction of Mayo Clinic Health Information Centers located in Target Pharmacies, consisted of a personalized inner-office envelope, patient medical folder, patient history chart, X-ray, and appointment reminder card. Each invitation was customized with the recipient name and color coded medical letter stickers.
The medical chart listed symptoms of stress and exhaustion with a diagnosis that energy levels had been depleted due to laborious efforts in the launch of this venture. The treatment was a full meal to be taken with plenty of fluids, which were available at the prescribed luncheon.
