August Schell Brewery, the second-oldest brewery in the nation, located in New Ulm, Minnesota, has been producing specialty beers since 1860.

These concepts for Schell's Bock, Schell's Weizen, and Schell's Ulmer Brown, were created with bottles that recall old German styled bottles which had ceramic pop-tops. Labels include woodcut artwork showing different stages of brewing beer.
