Remodeling an Image

To complete the transformation from warehouse into hip urban dwellings within St. Paul's art's community, the developer needed smart branding and a design strategy. Visual elements included an artistic rendering of the building, the creation of an identity, marketing materials, signage, print advertisements, and web site.
